Release and Assignment of Rights

For good and valuable consideration, including the opportunity to participate in the promotion of WarriorBook LLC (“Company”), I hereby grant, assign, and transfer to the Company all rights, title, and interest in and to any written, audio, or visual material I submit to the Company or authorize the Company or its representatives to record of me (collectively, the “Comments”).

This includes all copyright and related intellectual property rights in the Comments. I agree that this assignment is worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and fully transferable.

I understand and agree that the Company may edit, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, adapt, or otherwise use the Comments (in whole or in part) in any media or format, for any lawful purpose — including but not limited to marketing, promotion, advertising, training, or internal communications.

I also grant the Company the right to use my name, likeness, voice, image, company name, title, city, state, and country in connection with such use.

I understand that:

I will not receive any compensation for this use;

I will not have approval rights over the final edited content; and

The Company has no obligation to use or retain my Comments.

I represent that I am over eighteen (18) years of age and have full authority to enter into this agreement.
